Short Description

AEMEnergy has launched the world’s first quasi-resonant soft-switching SiC modular PCS, enabling multi-unit operation. Using proprietary technology, it achieves soft switching with zero-current turn-on and zero-voltage turn-off for power switches, and zero-current/voltage turn-off for diodes. This greatly reduces switching losses, breaks through frequency limits of high-power PCS, and boosts power density and efficiency across the full operating range.
